Cookies and browser storage
Cookies are small records stored by a browser. Similar storage includes local storage and security tokens. Deckline uses these technologies to retain cart choices, protect administrative access, remember consent and, where accepted, measure storefront use.
Essential technologies
Essential storage supports the cart, checkout routing, fraud prevention, load balancing, security and the private admin session. The cart record contains product slugs and quantities and remains in your browser until cleared. Essential technologies do not require consent where the law permits because the requested service cannot operate without them.
Optional analytics and marketing
Analytics may measure page visits, device category, broad location, referral and completed actions so we can improve navigation and stock presentation. Marketing technologies, if introduced, would measure campaign effectiveness. These non-essential categories remain off until valid consent is obtained where required.
Providers and durations
Hosting and security providers may set short-lived security records. Payment providers set their own security and checkout records after you move to their hosted page. Consent records may last up to 12 months; analytics identifiers, where accepted, normally last no longer than 13 months. Session records expire when the session ends or earlier according to provider security needs.
Your controls
You can accept or refuse optional categories through the consent control when shown, withdraw consent later, clear site data in the browser and use browser blocking settings. Blocking essential storage may empty the cart, prevent login or interrupt checkout. Payment-provider controls are described in that provider’s policy.
